Term 3 week 9

On Monday,Mr Chua came in to the class with Ms Chala to giv us a test.I was scared that i would fail this test.After distributing nthe worksheet,Mr Chua then when out of the class room.Ms Chala would supervise us if i am not wrong.We were being scolded by Ms Chala a few times.
On Thursday,Mr Chua came in and i feel that there was going to be scolding,as some of my friend did not managed or forget to do their homework.Mr Chua then spend about 10 minutes scolding us which i find that our class can do better than this.After being lectured,Mr Chua then distributed a worksheet about the vulture and a child squatting on the ground.It was the Pulitzer Prize in 1994 by Kevin Carter.Those photographers who could get the award must be excellence in their taking of photo skills as every year there was only one award.So the person who could manage to get the award must be great.But to bad the photograper die because alot of people said that why he did not rescue the children and let him die.I think he could not take the critise so he commited suicide.It was a tragic ending.I think that when we travelled to the less developed countries we should try to help them as much as possible as they are very pitiful.If possible we can also teach them languages.If we are given a chance to go visit them i would go,as i would feel that i am more fortunate then them.

Term 3 week 8

On Monday, Mr Chua came in to our classroom with Mr Narz.I was wondering why did he enter our class.After greeting us,Mr Chua then gave out Mighty Mandarin worksheet and want us to complete.He then leave the class with Mr Narz taking care of us.The class was quite quiet as i think that the students are scared of Mr Narz.He reminded us that by the end of the period we must hand in the worksheet or else we cannot leave the class.I think that Mr Narz had did the right thing or else somebody would not have pass up the worksheet for sure.
On Thursday,Mr Chua rushed in to the class and told a few people to help distribute Are U Lonesome Tonight worksheet .I was quite happy as i get 9/15 for that worksheet.Mr Chua then begin going though the worksheet.After that he told us to take out our illusion worksheet.He also scolded some of us as we copied work from people.It was a waste of learning time for us.So i encouraged people not to be dishonest.Even if u managed to copy other people work,but in exam there is no way u can copy.It all depends on your abilities.So i hope that they had realise their mistake and repent.

Term 3 week 7

On,Monday there was no literature class as it was a public holiday.It was our country 45th birthday.It was a joyful occasion and for us to recap on our pioneer who build where we were standing and the unique Singapore.
On Thursday,straight away after assembly,we were told to go to the civil defence corners to prepare the full dress rehearsal.We wasted much time talking and i was in bravo team.Mr Chua told us to put in our hearts to the performance as it stands 70% of our final exam.

Term 3 week 6

On Monday,Mr Chua gave us 3 different worksheets.He told us about the Anit-druging worksheets and its motto.He want us to understand that by smoking we do not gain anything except destroying our own body.He told us that we will be the concillers for Elvis Pesleys.Mr Chua then when through last week worksheets with us.He told as that alot of us lose marks cause we are careless.He also scolded us for not updating our blogs saying that we are not responsible enough for our studies.So Mr Chua deducted some marks from our blog.This lesson teach me that i sould do everything beforehand so that we will not lose marks.We should not wait for people to nag at us or scold us before we can activate our brain.
On Thursday,Mr Chua continued to teach us Mighty Madarin,he gave each of us a role to play,i was given the role Chang.He told us that we should practice our speech and our volume as it helps our oral.We should have self confident,if we have the confidents ,half of the battle is won.At the end of the period.Mr Chua also told all the actors to memorise their speech before the full dress rehearsal.So the directors told us all to memorise the script.

Term 3 week 10

Oh ya man it is the last week of the term so happy.
Finally got holidays le,but we do not have any lesson about The Might Madarin but we do the full dress rehearsal in the music room.But the problem is no one brought their costume.That seriously makes Mr Chua pissed off and lecture us for 5min.Mr Chua also tell us that this is the first year nobody ever bring the costume with them.But the rehearsal still have to go on.So Mr Chua told one groups to perform first while the other three groups go out to practice the play.When it was my group, i was abit nervous as this was the first time i had perform.This lesson is to teach us not to forget to bring anything we makes Mr Chua unneccesary scolding and wasting precious time that can use to do a rehearsal.
On Thursday Mr Chua had gone through the test paper with us in the classroom.Mr Chua said that after we finish going through the paper,if there is still somemore time,then he will let us see Romeo and juliet show.It was wonderful as the actors had put their effort and hardwork to make the show a successful one.Theyhad also add in somemore extra speeches and some words.It all depends on the director itself.

Term 3 week 5

As usual ,Mr Chua came in.But that day was a disaster to our class,as there were alot of people forgotten to hand in their assignment that was given the dateline today.So Mr Chua spend almost the whole period reprimanding us.After that,Mr Chua show us the play about the Romeo and Juliet play that was done by last years class.It was welly done but Mr Chua said that their voices was a little slow as they had not had the Training of projecting their voices.The lesson ended.On Thursday,he continue to give us some question as usual testing our thinking skills.I find it very important as if we don think,during exam we are the ones losing out.After the quiz, we move on to scene 3 of "Are You Lonesome Tonight".

Term 3 week 4

On Monday as usual ,Mr Chua came in and told us to take out our text and start to recall what he has told us last lesson.But still there are many of our classmates are unable to answer what Mr Chua had questioned us.Then finally we went on to scene 2 of Elvis Presley.In scene 2 was about younger Presley.that was when he was just famous,but he love his mama alot.What his mama says he will do so.He had brought a cadillac which was rarely seen on the streets that they were living in.They were not living in the cadillac country.Before that moment they were quite poor.They were that poor that even Elvis twins brother had to be burried through the Welfare system and put inside a small baby box.On Thursday Mr Chua did not come.So the relieve teacher Mr Amirul came in to relieve us for that period.

Term 3 week 3

Mr Chua continued his lessons about "Are You Lonesome Tonight"play.He told us to recall what he had teach us last lesson and giv us 5min to think.After the five minutes was up,he randomly pick some register number.Luckily he did not pick mine as i was still not so sure about the text at that time.He told us to ask him any words if we do not know so that later when he call us we have no reason to say don know.The first person that Mr chua called was Ebony.Mr Chua also explained some words like cadillac and chandelier.Cadillac refers to a car which was very expensive.Redhead was ELVIS PRESLEY girlfriend.She told Elvis to stop taking drugs as it will make him adiicted and ruin his life.Mine personal opinion was also drugs can ruin anybody life.There is always a choice given in our life.It is weather u want to choose it or not,nobody can stop you.On Thursday,Mr Chua came in as usual and giv us 5min to recall wad he told us last lesson.His motives was to let us Think without waiting for people to provide us with answer.After that he told us that one part of our exam is also base on our learning logs so he wanter us to do well in our learning log like last semester.

Term 3 week 2

On Monday there was no lesson as it was a school holiday for us.So our next lesson was on Thursday.

On Thursday,We learnt about a Famous person name ELVIS PRESLEY.He was name as the king of rock and roll.His song was quite famous.Mr Chua show us a video of his last concert before he passed away sadly.But sadly too,we were unable to listen to his song as there were some problem with the speaker.Some moron went to adjust it.Elvis was also a idol to me as his spirit is to bring his best attitude towards his audience which makes me admire him.But his life was ruined by drugs.It was such a pity as he had got a great future ahead of him.

Term 3 Week 1

It is the first lesson of the week,same thing as usual Mr Chua came in to our class.The first thing he do was to ask us to bring 25cents or share with a patner and giv 50cents.Then he called the chairperson to stand up and collect the money from us since there is no literature rep at that time.I team with Soo wei sheng and we give 50cents to Ray.The next thing that we do was Mr Chau gave us a worksheet about Stage Craft and Theater production worksheet and want us to complete by thursday.He also told us that our end of year results will mostly be based on our acting on Romeo and Juliet.So he separate us into four groups.The four groups were Alpha , Bravo ,Charlie and Delta.As for me i am in Bravo.I am also the wardrobe person.On Thursday,we were suppose to submit the Stage Craft and Threater Production worksheet,but quite a number of people did not submited it.After collecting the worksheet,Mr chua brought us to the ACES gallery to discuss what was our assignment or duty for the play.

Term 1 week 8

In this week lesson Mr chua and the other teacher group us into different groups in other to solve 1 of William Shakespeare oldest poem which was quite interesting and can help us understand what is the basic quality of a poem.Mr chua also show us the video on Merchant Of Venice at the Ne library.After showing the movie we are expected to do the character traits about Shylock,Antonio,Bassanio,Portia.I am starting to think that literature is also a quite interesting subject.

Today Mr Chua teach us about our own founding fathers.They are very important to us as they are the one who made singapore so sucessfull like now.Without them i cannot imagine what would singapore be now.So i would like to thank all the founding fathers for their contribution.

7 week literature lesson

During the lesson Mr Tyrus Chau thaught us about racism between religion with religion.This situation should not happen as religion should practise self respect for each other not to say bad things about each other spoil the reputation

Last week,during literature Mr Tyrus Chua told us to read out the play that he told us .

I learnt about a famous writer called William Shakespeare.He wrote beautiful play.For example Romeo and Juliet,Macbeth.It is quite interesting about Macbeth
